Oops, I forgot to post on this thread... Some things that nobody would never guess: I'm DireWolf, and I'm from Portugal. ;D Also, I'm currently 25 years old, on my last year to become an electrical enginner (computers too, as the course's name is Electrical and Computer Engineering), and I have no idea where will I work at. have worked whit testing phones from siemens the last 12 year If Siemens phones as we know them weren't vanished, I'd ask if there were any job openings at where you work! ;D Even more, LEGO must be cheaper in Denmark, so it'd be the best of both worlds.

Hi all, my name is Janne, I am a male from Finland (the home of... Mokia) and sorry for that. I am 21yrs old and I work in a motorboat factory, thats really not what I thought I would be doing, but hey, life can get you anywhere. I have been a Siemens fan for about 4 years now. But I haven't done any upgrades or patching (lazyness and a lack of information). Now I have SXG75 that I looked for a long time on eBay. And this one I'm gonna patch and upgrade so much that I can. Hopefully It brings back good memories from the time of CX65 When I last bought a new mobile, it was S88, which I use currently. There was three options, S88, EF81 and SXG75, but the S88 seemed to have best camera and I didn't need UMTS back then, so I decided to have that. Also the price was the lowest on those three. And oh, I needed an mp3 player back then, too. I wouldn't bought it if I just knew that it doesn't support themes and it's so difficult to upgrade. I can't even set the SMS melody to anything else than the pre-installed awfullness. The other point that made me angry, was the sound of mp3 player. It lacked bass BIG time, I even tried to modify my headset with Koss Plugs, that have enormous amounts of bass, if not equalized. But no, S88 refused to have any bass material on music. And since I listen to trance, techno, house and all of the electronic music, a good bass response is a MUST for me. Well, now I finally got that SXG75 but it came with wrong type of battery, although the seller sent me a original one when I claimed about it. Can't wait till next week to have it. Sorry, I didn't mean to turn this a S88 review, but I just dont like it! It's not a Siemens...

welcome here! Finland have really good rally drivers, as Formula1 drivers. Even if the temperature in filand is lower than what i support, it is ok to pay a visit one day. For SXG75, the included headset is cool, but the inbuilt player sucks, so, you can use the lyrics show player, because that one supports shuffle, as other features, including, reading the lyrics Thank you for registering, you bring a new life to this forum

Räikkönen really knows how to drive... and well, as almost all "finlanders", to drink too About the temperatures here... This winter has been warm. Very few 20 (or more) celsius minus... its been around +2...-10. Also there has been quite small amount of snow. But in the past week there's been raining snow at southern Finland too. And when the summer comes, I think it will go up to 20-25, perhaps 30 celsius or ore on hot days. Last summer was good at the end... and the autumn was really nice, warm and dry. As I like it. I was in the army that time. I went there on July -06 and got out a year later. I was a group leader... Hehe, I downloaded the whole brew directory from my SXG75 and tried to listen to some sounds Well... it sounds good. To be honest, I hate the sounds on S88. And the fact you can set only the alarm sound and incoming call whatever sound you like, but not the sms... it sucks. [edit]And oh, about the F1... Finland sucks now, because we have to pay to see F1 live. The Digital TV broadcasting system in Finland sucks BIG time, it has been many years now that there's been a small amount of Set top boxes (that are full of bugs), Digiboxes, as we say in Finland. And nobody has actually bought any of those. There were big marketing campaing for DVB and exlusively for MHP (cr*p that doesn't give anything new to a viewer) many years ago. They even had to continue analog broadcasts for few years because people wanted to see tv in a tradiditonal way. But then they decided to stop the analog (air) broadcasting and people went crazy buying new Digiboxes... They still had to continue cable broadcasting in analog, and that was much bigger problem, because a set top boxes for cable (DVB-C) were really high priced and they had MUCH more bugs than normal (DVB-T) boxes. Well they stopped the analog cable broadcasting at friday, and there was again lot of people buying boxes. I really dont like the situation Finland is in TV broadcasting. Hopefully there will be some major changes in quality soon (which is pretty awful at the moment)[/edit]

here last year, we had to pay sporttv, one digital channel to see formula 1. and the problem, is that at home i only have the analog tv with the national basic 4 channels. so, i had to go to cafes to see it. also, there's rumors that here, they'll finish the analog tv, and d**n, i don't want to pay to see tv.

Well we have free-to-air digitv with more channels than in analog time. But there is few big pay tv companies here. I have a satellite dvb-s receiver and its aligned to german Astra satellite. There is very very much of channels. Many music channels too. But I watch it quite rarely. DMAX is good tech-oriented and "mens channel" DSF is another, but they show too much football. I don't like to watch it
