I wanted to convert my C72 to a SL65. I used x65flasher to make a bootkey and change the phone model, and a winswup to load a SL65 firmware into it. Well, the phone would not start, so I changed back the phone model to C72 in x65flasher. But I could not load the C72 firmware into the phone again Then I went one step further, and downloaded a fubu (full backup, 32mb) from siemensmania.cz. I opened V-Klay, connected the phone and started uploading the fubu to the phone. At about 60% the transfer stopped and gave an error. The phone is now dead. When I try to connect it to V-Klay or x65flasher, it asks me to press the red key, but nothing happens when I press it! Dang! I need help

I want any other suggestion than taking the phone to service! I hate BQS Service! And it costs more than a new phone. Now, please explain.. What is testpoint? I am very frustrated for that the fubu transfer stopped!

Tonight I opened the C72. It was an interesting experience To get to the testpoint, I must remove the metal protectors on the chips... How do I remove those?

the metal frames have small clips all around, with your nail, just pull it upwards (you need one not big nail, but at least with 2mm
