When you "flash" your phone, what exactly are you doing? modifying its firmware? a mobile firmware is saved on a flash memory, right?..
That "codes" you use to patch, they change some bytes at the mobile's firmware, isn't it ?

1-> the term "flash" and "flashing-2 is used when we load new FW to the phone, for example. Since it is stored in one chip, and not in one hdd, we cann it flash, because we are "reprogramming" again the chip that have the phone FW installed, for example.
2-> exactly. indeed, some of them add extra bites, that will fill up empty blocks

you have several ways to flash it. with the official FW upgrade, with winswups, and by patching. check the programing forum, because that is explained there

I have created the backup (.bin file) of my fw25 of CX75 using x65flasher. Now if I apply patch on the .bin file and then load it to my phone, will it work? I have trouble to apply patch directly to phone using v_klay as v_klay can not connect my phone! Please reply. Thanks.

mostly, it will work.
BTW, flashing with V_Klay is so easy! You select the loader for your CX75 from the dropdown list. Plug the phone to the computer. (phone off) press the small "refresh" button one window telling 'trying to connect' or 'connecting' will appear. you just need to give brief pushed in the 'hand call' key from your phone, for it to connect.
