I need the "Setup illumination by 2%" (or 1%) patch for M65 FW50.
* Setup illumination by 5% * patch looks like this: 09061B4: 0A 05 09061C4: 0A 05
Can I edit it to: 09061B4: 0A 02 09061C4: 0A 02 To make it a "setup illumination 2%" patch?
And one more question: What will happen if I apply a buggy, corrupt, incomplete.... patch?

When the * Setup illumination by 5% * patch looks like this: 09061B4: 0A 05 09061C4: 0A 05
_ADDRESS_: [_OLD_DATA_] _NEW_DATA_ This means that 09061B4: is the address 0A is the old data. 0A means 10 (10% illumination) 05 is the new data. 05 means 5 (5% illumination)

0F should be 15%, and 10 is 16%

I do not reccomend these patches:
- Take photo with any key (it dasables the "quit/back button" and you have to force the camera off).
- Smooth illumination turn on (it makes the illumination so SLOW that it's not cool to have)

Once I tried that illumination stuff. I didn't liked it, had to undo the patch. About the photo one, there's no need to use that patch. Usefull is the extra info patch on main screen, since you'll see temperature, battery voltage, battery percentage and network db signal.

I have another question about: The "OLD_DATA" in a patch. Question:Is the "OLD_DATA" part of a patch just there so is possible to UNDO the patch? Or is it there so that V-Klay knows what to erase before writing?

The old data is the stuff the phone had previously the change. Normally V_Klay ask you to create a repair patch. It you created any repair patch, you open it, and then, press "undo changes" and the phone will be on the state it was previously. That info you posted, is to inform you what will or had been changed. and mainly work to V_klay know what to change too

Ok, so it doesn't hurt to accidently apply a patch 2 times?

Oh, yes, I forgot to tell you that V_Klay tells you when you have already installed the patch

I'm searching for the patch that makes 0:\ bigger. For example 14,74 mb instead of 10,32. The patch takes space from unmounted areas in the phone memory and flash.. But please help me finding it I would be very happy to get 2-4 mb more
