Hey fellas, I acidentally found a site that has good midi files - but they are not free. You can only hear demos (around 20-30 seconds of the mid, the first seconds...). There is a way of having those files: you find the mid you want, klick on "play demo" link and after the song completes playing, you can locate the mid file in the Temporary Internet Files folder. The location of this folder is: %System Root% (Most often is the drive C:) \ Documents and Settings\CURRENT USER\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files In order to see these folders you have to enable view hidden files and folders in the folder option menu. Yesterday I downloaded some midi's and I will upload them on rapidshare as soon as possible. The link for the midi's is: www.hittrax.com.auBecause the midi's in the temporary internet folder are not renamed - as soon as I rename the ones I downlaoded I will upload and post the link here.

when speaking of uploading, I uploaded all of my midi files (853 files in 42 folders, disco, serbian midi's, macedonian midi's, clasics....some of them are caraoke midi's ). It took me 1 year to collect these files and I want to share them with you Here is the link (the zip archive is around 9.8 MB): rapidshare.de/files/28530048/LazyEye_Midi_Sounds.zip.htmlIt took me 30 minutes to upload them.. haha - miserable connection... Take care...

Is there a software that can edit a mid? I have some loooong midi's and want to make them shorter? And when speaking of low-memory files like midi's (and jpg, and so on) there is a sowftware called doublekiller - it searches for duplicate files (but NOTE-only per folder/s not whole pariton or hard disk), calculates their CRC code (each file has a unique CRC code, if the code is the same - it means that the files are identical). For example, the Flex menu icons I downloaded from siemens planet have same .fs files . After the scaning is complete you can manually select which duplicate files to be deleted or you can klick - delete the last dupes (menaing the newer duplicata files will be deleted). I know that this post doesn't belongs to here but I thought it would be a good thing to mention this . I can upload the program if you like, it is only 792 KB.
