1-> Type *#06# in the main screen.
The first screen you see is your Phone Identifier IMEI in format XX-XXXX-XX-XXXXXX-X. This one of a few (seems two) IDs of the phone.
Then press left soft button to see "More". You will see a lot of info about your phone but important is actually only following ones
...
SW (or FW) Version: XX - for example 25. You need this info to know which FW/SW is now installed at your phone so, either there a newer version of SW/FW update for your phone or not (?)
Variant: X XXX - this shows your language pack (with the second X) and production batch. You need this info to choose appropriate SW/FW update pack.
Acc-> Show devices plugged with the phone. For example "plugged in DCA-510". With this you can see your cable type, for example, good for FW update or only for file transfer.
2-> Enter *#05# from the main screen. You'll see info about:
Operation Time-> ...h ...m ...s - total time your phone is in operation from the moment of the first activation of the phone, or for the first time the new FW ran on it
Talk Time ...h ...m ...s - total talk time from the moment of the first activation of the phone, or for the first time the new FW ran on it.
