First of all, you need one torx number 5.
You can find it on toolstores, or order from www.mobiltec24.de
The torx itself
Now is the covers change time!
1-> This step is way too simple, and no need to post pictures... Turn the phone off, remove the metal frame, the battery cover, the battery and sim-card from the phone, and all the rubber plugs. (the connector ruber, and the lens rubber, or, the lens ring if you use that.)
2-> You will find the screws. 2 on the front upper part, and 4 inside the phone. You must unscrew this with the torx screwdriver.
3-> Pull out easly the backside. You Will find the antenna, vibra, and micro. We will not take this out, the antenna is really well fixed, and that's why you only can find the frontfaceplate, and the battery cover. Btw, to remove the antenna, you need one very slim swissknife, and most probably you would damage it.
4-> Easily take out the mainboard from the front faceplate, it will come w\ the rubber and keyboard also.
5-> Take gently the rubber from the phone, lift it from the connector, and becarefull w\ the IrDA glass.
The keyboard is fixed by the joystick. If you want to replace the keyboard, you most probably will break the dust protective rubber like i did it is very thin... So, DON'T TOUCH THE KEYBOARD!!!!!
6-> Now, insert again the shield rubber, starting from the connector to the top, put it on the new fron't faceplate (don't forgett to put the dustcover around the new faceplate), put again the backfaceplate, screw it, and is done.
Moral of all this stuff:
In the keys, most probably you will need one very slim screwdriver to pull it out, gently without break it. I havent, and pulled it to hard, so, the dust protector wipped out, and, well... You know. But the kaypad works. Only now no water can come to it.
About the difficult to take the antenna, that is one of the reasons why you can't find M65 covers w\ the backfaceplate, and only w\ the front one, and battery cover.
The shield rubber is very easy to replave, and after opening the M65, i noticed that it is very well fitted into their socket, much better than the one on M75. (Just my 2 cent, if you read the M75 crash test, you'll notice how easy it came out from big falls).
And I thing is more solid than previously, amybe because I screw it again, With some force, to the screws limit. (remember, must be done w\ care)
Also make sure your hand are clean, and thgis is very improtant on all phones to prevent dust and dirt inside it!
And... Never Take pictures w\ one cellphone at night, w\ zoom, and never, but NEVER try to make your pictures look funny like I did...
