Hey Sandy, are there codes which can be used for most of the siemens phones, besides the ones already mention here. I have a friend who bought Samsung D500 and he downloaded (he doesn't tell me from where) thousand codes for different stuff like java information, screen effects and many other things. Are there codes like this that can be used for many siemens or codes alike are just in a correlation with the phone's IMEI ??

The codes to SamSung hardware\software phones are different for siemens pnes. For example, BenQ phones have the *#300# and "call key" to show FW info, and the *#301# and "call key" to the tester menu.

so there are no general codes that are suitable for almost (or all) siemens phones... hm.... what about codes connected to the IMEI - I something similar (as phone restarter) on siemens.org so I was wondering - is there a way to have a program like that?

The first codes on my first post are universal for all brands, except the Change language with code and eastern egg.

*#06# is more functional in Siemens you can see info about the phone, do tests, etc... For example N0k!a phones show only the IMEI when pressing *#06#

and the same code (ex: *#0000#) have different effects regarding the phone it is applied. On Frokias show the FW version, and siemens do that thing to set the language to automatic

Frokias? Is it a new brand? Lool ;D Btw if you didn't know, on Siemens forums (like SRF and SP) users normally don't write the ugly name "n-o-k-i-a" (you know...), so we write Frokia/Fokia/N0k!a/Bokia/Fock-ya/ 'nock-ya and so on ;D
