Want to have a DCA-540 cable for speedy communications, but the official one is too expensive? Try this one! It is recognized and works as a DCA-540 by both my CX65 and my SX1, even if the official one is recognized only when both ends are plugged in. As can be expected from a real DCA-540, the official (and unofficial) data programs can be used, transfer is very quick, and firmware updates can't be made (except for the SX1). Here is the schematic I used (but didn't create): And here are some pics of the cable I made, plugged in to my CX65. The Slim Lumberg plug is from a dead car charger. Some pins (the charger had only two) are from a headset, and the others were electronic component "legs" which I bent into the right shape. The three resistors, which are peeking out of the SL connector, were on a DVD player board I found in the trash. The wires were leftovers from an Automation of Industrial Processes project at the university. The USB flash drive is there just for the USB connector: I used a dead one, and de-soldered the USB connector to the board. The "SIE-C55" sticker is also from the car charger, although this cable won't work on a C55... Here are some details of the Slim Lumberg plug with the resistors clumsily soldered, and the USB plug, with all the disconnected electronics: [edit] Fixed broken pics

Downgrading:
Surely works: SX1 or SXG75.
Maybe works: SL75, S75, M75, CX75
Doesn't work: all other x55, x65, and x75 series not mentioned above.

all the wires and stuff much concentration ;D The cable isn't that complicated: it looks complicated because it uses a dead USB flash disk as physical support. I've fixed the pics now, so you can see the schematic is very simple. Anyway, you can try a variation that supposedly also allows you to charge your phone: Note that I haven't tested it yet!

I bought DCA540 cable, but there is no Vbus (pin 1) connection. I can`t connect my SXG75 with "SXG controller", and "BitPim". Is this a problem becouse there is no Vbus connection or not? What should I do?

It looks like your DCA-540 isn't the original cable, then, my friend, you shall follow DireWolf's advices to modify your cable.
