1. Download the program in the link below to your PC. You can use this program to convert WAV-files into the X65-Format ("IMA ADPCM"). Download (297 KB) 2. Leftclick to the input-field and and select the file you would like to use as source. 3. Leftclick to the output-field and and select the file you would like to use as target (Attention: Sourcefile (Input) and Output-File (Output) must not be the same!). 4. Select the bitrate (8.000 kHz or 16.000 kHz). Use 16.000 kHz for better quality but also bigger filesize. 5. Click on "Convert" to start the conversion and wait until it is complete.and then, copy the converted file to the "Sounds"-folder on your mobile phone using a datacable or infrared (IrDA). And simple to work. Even if we can manage to do the same with windows sound recorded.

I can't do it with windows sound recorder... When I save a sound file as wav IMA ADPCM 4bit mono 8khz, and try to play it on mobile, then it fails to play it. AND windows recorder can't make 16 khz files
