I have the feeling that I'm missing some...or that something is no right with mine. Your tuned version isnt that helpfull for me. It has some personal changes that aren't right for me.

Iver have one EF81. maybe he can help you. What you find wrong in yours? What do you need from my EF81? I'm not sure....I have the feeling something's wrong with my adressbook/contactslist. I put my contacts back with BMC, but when i look in my groups, there are no contacts added. When I try to add a familymember to my familygroup, it doesnt show that familymember as a contact that can be added. It looks like the phone sees that contact as already added, but the group is empty... Does this make any sense to you?? Furthermore...when I used qpst to restore the nv items (I got them from Sandstorm of is SGX75?) after my upgrade to FW58 it said that those items wherent compatible. So my guess is...when i have the original full list of nv items from a ef81...it should be resolved

yes. once configured, he go to 'software download' and press the tab 'backup' then, it reads the file, and save it Well....at the moment I've solved all of my problems. I uploaded my entire adressbook form outlook and started deleting the ppl I didn't want on my phone. My "group" problem (as previously mentioned) is solved in this way. I've made a backup of my adressbook with BMC without using Groups on my phone. So this way I have a clean (bugfree) backup of my adressbook. Furthermore...I like fw58 a lot! Finally I have autokeylock when i close the clamshell!! The software is much faster than fw 27 I had. After some initial problems...now I have a clean and good working up to date EF81!

Hey, I think I still have a little problem regarding bluetooth. I can connect to other bt devices, but when I perform a selftest on my ef81 it displays an error message (don't know the lingual version other than Dutch.. ) The reason that makes me think I have a BT problem is my new carkit; Parrot 3200LS. When I connect my EF81 for the first time to the carkit, it starts to sync my adresbook. However, when I turn off the ignition (no battery usage at all) and turn it back on (radio and carkit can connect to the battery again) all my contacts are gone. Same happens when I sent over my contacts manually by BT. Today I tried my old Siemens SX-1 and the contacts I sent over manually where still in the carkits memory after turning of the ignition. So....Does someone agree I have a BT problem with my (recently upgraded) EF81?! To solve this...should I install someone's EF 81 NV items regarding BT with QPST?! At the moment....only this would make any sense...since my upgrade wasn't ...(lets say)..without problems...

OMG... lets see if they release one FW upgrade for the parrot, that solve this issue As far as I checked, my carkit has the lastest fw version: 2.11 Today I got this reply on my earlier mail to Mr. Marquet: So...I'm gonna try again today...reading his mail, I have a feeling that I missed a special pairing mode, which should solve my problems! @sandstorm...maybe my latest posts aren't fW related...sorry for that...feel free to move it.

After this email from me to Frederic ....I received a mail from one of his co-workers. So...I send him my carkit and now wait for my new one (luckily I wrote the serialnumber down, so i will know if I get my old one back.. ) Hopefully..after this...my problems will be solved. Else....I might have to buy a new phone...

Hi. I updated my ef81 with fw58 (Russian). I got the factory test mode "error" so I had to reboot it. Now, I can't access the three bottom buttons nor my messages. And I also don't have network. Could anybody give me instructions? Or post a link to the NV files back-up so I could try my luck? Thank you.
