I am testing the Windows Vista Ultimate, and have the solution to have it always active (read it as backup dvd's installed without inserting the key.) To everyone that want to use it, [ follow the tutu] Also, i managed to sucefuly connect to web with vista using my M65. I forced the -vista to install the DCA540 drivers -8i use this cable), and manually configured the connection. Also, the GPRS assistant don't work on vista, the reason why i did it by hand. Any questions about this new OS, i will gladly answer.

I don't like Vista because it has a lot of bugs. The best and more secure novadays is Win XP SP3

Now I'm very intrested about Sun Microsystems "Solaris" and OpenBSD systems...and I'm creating an OS with some peoples. In my opinion Micro(sh*t)soft and Win(sh*t)dows sucks.

The CPU is ok, but you have very few ram to run vista

AFAIK you need at least 512 mb ram to run vista. 1 gb is recommended! A friend of mine installed vista on his computer with 1 gb ram. He checked the task manager and found out that vista used about 700 mb of the ram. So if you have 512 mb ram only, the computer will need to use the harddisk as ram often!

Also, with some flash drives (empty and big) the system can use it as a booster.

I don't recommend Vista at all. Not yet. I'd stick with the you have now for 1-2 more years, and then buy a new PC and upgrade to Vista. That's just my opinion.

No need to buy one pc, if it can just got another ram module. Finixman, i am running with 512 ram too. But my processor is powerful Btw, tomorrow will buy one 512mb ddr2 memory from kingston, to have 1gb, and make the dual channel to have it faster.
